Refund policy
Exchange Policy:
The products can be exchanged if you have any size issue or the product(s) are defective or tampered with during the delivery process, for which valid proof of defective product has to be presented to us. We allow for exchanges due to any size issues. In such a case, please contact us at admin@entrepower.in OR Whatsapp us at +91 7233037777 with your Name and Order ID.
The entire exchange process from reverse pickup to delivery of exchanged product takes about 20 days. We request your patience for the same.
Return Policy:
Entrepower’s Return Policy (Updated as of September 1, 2025)
We, at Entrepower, understand that there might be instances where you are not satisfied with the product.
Return Period:

All product related queries should be addressed within 48 hrs of delivery.

These include:
1. Wrong Product received.
2. Damaged Product Received

You can return the product within 7 days of delivery.

Post 7 days, the complaint might be rejected.
Return Process:

Initiate a return through our website.

Upon request, we shall review it and arrange a reverse pickup.

The Reverse pick-up will be attempted twice, failure to do so will result in cancellation of return request.

Once we receive the returned product, a quality check will be done and a coupon code will be generated and sent to you. In case, the QC is not passed, the coupon code will not be generated.
Note:

We do not charge additional for return pickup.

We do not have a refund policy.

All items to be returned unused.

The coupon code generated is valid for 1 year only.

Reverse pick up will be done only from the address the order was delivered.
